Dude, that's all my coaches did....


Joe Bob is really slow...so everyone will run punishment laps until Joe Bob gets faster, Yes it's 98 degrees and we've been practicing for 3 hours but you need to suck it up! Water break? only P*$$!@s drink water! Joe Bob, get your lazy A$$@$ off the ground! Pretending to pass out won't get you any sympathy here! Get some smelling salts on that boy so he can run a couple more punishment laps!
